Job Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course
  • With SAP Knowledge
  • At least 1-2 years of handling SAP
  • Must be computer literate

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Encode all incoming deliveries and pull-out stocks from trade.
  • Conduct regular spot checks on all valuable items and reconcile variances.
  • Submit monthly inventory reports to head office (major principals)
  •  Ensure that all suggested orders are based on current inventory & within the stock max level.
  •  To conduct regular cycle count on all sku’s to maintain a precise inventory records.
  • To prepare & submit quarterly inventory analysis to AM/Comptroller/Sales Supervisors/Logistics Supervisor & H.O.
  • Regular reconciliation of inventory variances; prepare warehouse inventory short/over report.
  • To prepare & submit quarterly reports of non-moving sku’s per principal.
  • To monitor & submit analysis of all house brand products “return from trade” to head office c/o JTT or logistics Mgr. National Sales Mgr. AM & Comptroller.
  •  To classify and cluster inventories of fast moving, slow moving. Non-moving sku’s (all product all/principals).

  • Spot checking on high valuable items. 
  •  Perform other task as may assigned by management
  • Practice company core values and adhere to company rules and regulations.

SAP Team Leader

  • Yearly inventory
  • Follow-up or monitor of every department SAP member.
  • insure to communicate network every now and then at Cebu Head Office.
