Sales Service Assistants
Job Description
:
- Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers
- Handles proper documentation of Sales
- Encodes SO for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
- Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery
- Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns• Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year minimum work experience as encoder
- Must be a College Graduate
- knowledgeable in ERP system
- Preferably female
- Trainable, assume responsibilities, self-motivated, and has degree of professional integrity
- Has good interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in MS Application
