- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development or any other related field
- With at least (5) years of working experience as HR Officer or related position
- With experience in handling labor and other administrative issues
- High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work in internal/external customer
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment
- With potential to handle a leadership role
- Willing to travel in Visayas and MIndanao from time to time
