Job Summary
Responsible in performing HR-related duties such as recruitment/employment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- 25 Years old and Above
- Bachelor’s degree holder of Psychology, Human Resource or related courses
- Must have a minimum of 1 year relative HR experience in Recruitment, Timekeeping, Training and Dev’t and Employee Relations
- Willing to be trained
- Above average communication skills in both written and oral – English and Filipino
- Computer literate
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and confidentiality
- Additional HR Experience will be a plus
