Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Graduate of BS-Psychology or any equivalent degree or course
- With extensive work experience (at least 2-3 years) on recruitment/selection and/or personnel management
- Male or Female
- Develops and implements contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs, develops advertisements and vacancy announcements.
- Schedules exams, administers and checks qualifying examinations and personality tests. Verifies references for evaluation prior to interview.
- Facilitating the entry of the newly hired by assisting in the contract signing and ushering them in their first day of employment.
- Ensures that the HR documents, 201 files are updated and properly files all documents.
- Other related tasks that may be needed in the department
