JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Determined the variances chargeable to employees and prepare charge slips.          
  • Submit the charge slip to Restaurant Manager for employees’ concern signature.                                                         
  • Checking of kitchen and beverage stocks for cost control.                                              
  • Submit monthly P & L summary                                                                                             
  • Submit other sales, other deposits, company/employee uniform charges                     
  • Prepare Daily sales report entries.  
  • Other task given by Finance Manager from time to time.     
  • Witness month end and mid-month inventory for stockroom.  
  • Reconciled inventory variances for stockroom, kitchen and beverage area.  
                   

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Finance Management or any related course 
  • Fresh graduates with above average knowledge are encourage to apply. Relevant work experience is an advantage. 
  • Must possess dynamic and pleasant personality
