Job Specifications:
Manages training deliver services to achieve performance goals
Implements all training courses as scheduled
Supervises trainees reporting to her/him to ensure they meet performance standards
Creates individual development plans for each trainee reporting to him/her
Creates new courses as necessary and evaluate existing ones
Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring training courses.
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, others or equivalent.
No work experience required.
