Job Description:
• Record and monitor Daily Service UR and appointment schedule for servicing including vehicle off road
• Conduct customer follow up 3 days after release of vehicle
• Client orientation of brand new released units related to servicing, LTO, vehicle warranty and PMS reminder and customers obligation of his vehicle
• Monitor and endorsed customers concern and feedback to SPH and resolves concern
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business related courses
• Preferably Female, below 30 years old
• With good customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
