1. Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
2. Provide customers with product and service information
3. Identify and escalate priority issue and route calls to appropriate resources
4. Follow up customer calls where necessary
Skills and Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Provide product and service information to customers
3. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
4. No experience required.
5. Can start immediately
