SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (Cagayan de Oro)
Reporting to the VP & General Manager, key duties & responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Project budgeting and sales and marketing planning.
• Attainment of sales targets for his/ her assigned product lines in general.
• Oversee Sales & Marketing activities.
The ideal candidate must have:
• A Business Management, Marketing or Economics degree, preferably with valid REB license;
• With a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing of real estate development projects, such as, but not limited to condominium projects, horizontal subdivisions, commercial leasing experience in an advantage;
• Above-average communication skills;
• With above average skills in sales, marketing, planning, leading, controlling and people management;
• Knowledge of various computer software applications (MS Word, PP, Excel).
• Ability to do multi-tasks and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
