Graduate of BS Psychology , Human Resource Development or related field
With at least (1) year experience in Human Resource such as but not limited to: Processing of on boarding of new hires, benefits, government compliance, exits and HRIS maintenanace; conducting training and developing training modules; creating assessment instruments; and designs, develops and delivers appropriate learning solutions for training purposes
High energy with a positive, customer- centric attitude
Outstanding communication skills both in oral and written
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment
able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to travel in Visayas and Mindanao from time to time
