JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility 
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. 
• Adept in handling and supervising people 
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 
• Highly motivated with a positive working attitude 
• Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

JOB DUTIES:

• Prepares checklist of things to repair during shutdown 
• Helps perform machine repairs and authorizes repairs to be made by other people 
  
• Coordinates tasks and production goals with other foremen 
• Give out work assignments to the machine operators 
• Supervises the machine operators and production utility personnel
  
• Prepare the process report based on the production reports of the operators 
• Prepare action plans based on the laboratory analysis reports
