General Scope of Work:
Administer the policies and procedures related to Timekeeping, Compensation, and Benefits;
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the HR Department
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Accountancy/ Accounting Technology, or related fields.
- 6 months work experience in HR is an advantage.
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite).
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Keep attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and meet scheduled deadlines.
