General Scope of Work:

  • Administer the policies and procedures related to Timekeeping, Compensation, and Benefits;
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the HR Department
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Accountancy/ Accounting Technology, or related fields.
  • 6 months work experience in HR is an advantage.
  • Above-average English communication skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite).
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Keep attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and meet scheduled deadlines.
