Qualifications:

  • BS Psychology graduate or any related course 
  • with at least 1 work experience 
  • willing to work night shift or shifting shed. 
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and Oral

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Hiring/Recruitment - Virtual & Office: 
  • Posting our job ads on various platforms to look for new talent. 
  • Processing incoming applicants and making decisions on whether to move them to the next stage. 
  • Conducting initial interviews & carrying out recruitment tests. 
  • Actively seeking & developing relationships with potential A-Player candidates. 


Employment

  • Gather Application Letters, Resume, Emergency Contact Form, Request for non-medical leave of absence and approval/denial of leave, Employment Offer Letter, Screen and Interview Job Applicants, Make a Checklist from new employee orientation showing tasks covered. 


Onboarding & Training

  • On-boarding new candidates. 
  • Ensuring that the new candidates complete the training on time. 


Payroll

  • Prepare Payroll and Monthly Time Sheets, Individual Attendance Record, Authorization for release of private information, Authorization for all other payroll actions, Wage and Salary Administration. 


Employee Compensation and Benefits

  • Prepare, compute, and handle Social Security System Premium Contributions, Pag Ibig Contributions, PhilHealth Contributions, Payment of Withholding Taxes, and Intellicare HMO Administration. 


Other HR Activities:

  • Contributing to the promotion of company values & helping create a great work culture. 
  • Manage Employee 201 Files (also known as Official Personnel File)  
  • Looking at HR systems we can utilize for optimizing the HR Function. 
  • Gather company related documents such as Contract of Lease, Business Permit, DTI, SSS Employer Registration Form, Pag Ibig Employer Registration Form, PhilHealth Employer Registration Form, BIR Certificate of Registration. Encash checks for business use such as payroll, payment of government mandated contributions, building and apartment rentals, CIGNAL Cable TV monthly subscription, PLDT Internet monthly subscription, payment of Intellicare Quarterly Premiums, Light and Water, and other company related obligations. 
  • Manage basic Accounting system/excel to record all company related transactions such as bank entries and bank reconciliation.  
  • Create company handbook. 
  • Other duties assigned.
