Accountant / Bookkeeper / Administrative Officer Fulltime

Job and Company Summary:

  •  Trade company selling consumer products to wholesale and chain store around the world.  
  • You will work in our office as Accountant and work closely with Bookkeepers, Technical Manager and CEO to manage accounting transactions and monthly and yearly closing.  
  • Our customers and vendors are from all over the world – USA, Europe, Australia and Asia so you need to be organized and knowledgeable in multi-currency transactions. 


Responsibilities:

  •  Manage accounting transactions and monthly and yearly closing in our own system with our Bookkeepers 
  • Work with Technical Manager to generate correct reports 
  • Work closely with CEO for other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:

  •  Available for full time 
  • BS Accountancy graduate (or any similar course)  – with Accounting / Bookkeeping experience but without diploma is acceptable
  • Good visual and verbal communication skills 
  • Creative and flexible in dealing unfamiliar processes 
  • Organized 
  • Teamwork 
  • With interest in business learning and application of business process
