Job Description


  • Responsible for general cleanliness of his station. 
  • Assist Cook in overall operations in the kitchen 
  • Request from stockroom all ingredients needed for the day’s operations. 
  • Prepare ingredients before operations. 
  • Check quantity and quality of food released in the kitchen. 
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 


Key qualifications

  • Male 
  • 18 years old and above 
  • with 5’3 minimum height 
  • Preferably with experience in the kitchen 
  • High school graduate or college level 


Competencies

  • Fast learner, hardworking , flexible and with good moral character 
  • good interpersonal skills with co-employees 
  • can endure working in hot environment and perform under pressure 
  • strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
