Job Description
- Responsible for general cleanliness of his station.
- Assist Cook in overall operations in the kitchen
- Request from stockroom all ingredients needed for the day’s operations.
- Prepare ingredients before operations.
- Check quantity and quality of food released in the kitchen.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key qualifications
- Male
- 18 years old and above
- with 5’3 minimum height
- Preferably with experience in the kitchen
- High school graduate or college level
Competencies
- Fast learner, hardworking , flexible and with good moral character
- good interpersonal skills with co-employees
- can endure working in hot environment and perform under pressure
- strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
