Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (license not required)
With at least 5-7 years of experience in supervising feedmill operations (production, warehousing, inventory, logistics, personnel management)
With above average leadership and people handling or supervisory skills
Proficient in computer use and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an advantage
Highly responsible and with positive working attitude
Preferrably residing in Cagayan de Oro or Misamis Oriental
