In-Role Tasks
- Responsible in the implementation of safety and health programs and ensures hazard-free and zero accident inside the workplace.
- Implement and monitor safety practices inside the workplace.
- Conducts and facilitates emergency drills and safety trainings.
- Monitor safety of all employees and immediately respond to their safety concerns.
- Record, investigate, verify and report all injuries and accidents to management including authorized and concerned government agencies.
- Proactively initiate and participate in the Safety and Health Committee’s meeting.
- Initiate and propose safety and health annual programs.
- Participate and contribute to the development of Health and Safety policies including systems of work and procedures of the company.
- Prepares and implements safety site plan.
- Prepares and proposes effective safety systems and procedures.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Education : Engineering; Nursing or any Business Course
- No. of Yrs Experience : 2 years minimum
- BOSH Certification
- Certified First-Aider
- Knowledgeable in General Safety Procedures
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015
