Acquire complete knowledge and understanding on the loan products and procedures.
Perform marketing of the product thru house visits, accreditation and follow-up of Agents, SSS, bank contact persons, other related organizations, and other
marketing medium.
Facilitate off-site initial loans processing. .
Assist in Branch bank transactions (inquiries/withdrawals/deposits/ADA, check encashment etc.) and passbook withdrawals.
Assist the clients in SSS/GSIS transaction and buy-out loans.
Conduct Background /Credit Investigation (B/CI of borrower, co-borrowers and Agents).
