  • CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL 
  • Cagayan de Oro City
  • Responsibilities:
  • • Prepares weekly and monthly reports such as sales, collection & remittances
  • • Issue invoices to customers
  • • Issue monthly customer statements
  • • Update customer files with issued invoices
  • • Billing reconciliation
  • • Assist in securing Business Permit & Licenses in respective area
  • • Record branch transactions in Book of Accounts

  • Requirements:
  • • Female & preferably Accounting/Management Accounting Graduate
  • • Required Skill(s): Peachtree & MS Excel
  • • Can work under pressure and willing to work on extended hours
  • • Full time position(s) available
