ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
• With work experience of at least one (1) year in similar position or field
• Must have knowledge and skills in office clerical and general administration works
• Must be detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
• Result oriented/able to achieve the target within given time
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that all administrative support duties for the department are met on a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Duties include but not limited to consolidation and preparation of engineering reports, documentations and file maintenance of engineering records and all cargo handling equipment related documents that are identified as critical components in the Engineering Corporate Policy Manual issued by the Global Engineering.
