To implement and monitor trade marketing programs within plant strategies and parameters with the objective of enabling achievement of brand, distribution, sales and profitability targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Business degree holder
Minimum 2 years sales management and/or trade marketing management experience
Has field sales management experience with minimum 2 years in traditional trade/distributor and account management
Understands market dynamics for fast moving consumer goods across retail and on premise channels
Understands key financial indicators
Knows how to drive 4 wheels with valid driver’s license.
