Customer Relations Services Representative - Security (SM City Cagayan de Oro) Fulltime

The Customer Relations Services Representative provides support to the Supervisor and Manager in the implementation of the security plans and programs of the department. These are but not limited to:


  • Checking the attendance of security agency personnel;

  • Conducting regular inspection of all security posts in the mall;
  • Investigating security incidents and/or violations and preparing related reports;
  • Conducting security orientation to new tenants;
  • Ensuring proper monitoring of traffic situation and parking area status;
  • Attending to all types of complaints in coordination with Mall Operations;

  • Ensuring the manning of security posts is properly done;
  • Filing of documents

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate.
 

Experience Requirements:

Has knowledge in safety and security procedures, investigation, reporting, and customer handling.
