• To assist customers with the planning and booking aspect of their vacation or stay.
• May support customers in person, on the phone, online or a combination of these.
• Answer customers' questions make travel suggestions and book rooms and tickets.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Examine passengers documentation to determine destinations and to assign boarding passes.
• Provide customer service.
• Sell services and product.
• Must be a college graduate preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to details is a must.
