General Function
Is responsible in the overall assistance to Admin works covering human resources, purchasing billing and collection.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend bank transactions (deposit RF, process and claim ATM for newly hired, update bankbook, early cash withdrawal through ATM, deposit cheque)
- Process all documents related to HR/Admin function
- Computer system support
- Issuance and Monitoring
- Purchase and run immediate errands for office and plant needs
- Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time after given an appropriate training.
Qualifications
- College level
- Computer literate
- Analytical ability
- Experience of at least two (2) years under same position
- Possesses good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and flexible
