General Function
Responsible for over all assistance to Admin works covering human resources, purchasing billing and collection.
Duties and responsibilities
- Process Bank Transactions
- Process all documents related to HR/Admin function
- Computer system support
- Issuance and Monitoring of HR and Accounting documents
- Purchase and run immediate errands for office and plant needs.
- Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time after given an appropriate training.
Qualifications
- College Level
- Computer literate
- Analytical Ability
- Experience of at least two (2) years under same position
- Possesses good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and flexible
