General Function

Responsible for over all assistance to Admin works covering human resources, purchasing billing and collection.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Process Bank Transactions 
  • Process all documents related to HR/Admin function
  • Computer system support
  • Issuance and Monitoring of HR and Accounting documents
  • Purchase and run immediate errands for office and plant needs.
  • Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time after given an appropriate training.

Qualifications

  • College Level
  • Computer literate
  • Analytical Ability
  • Experience of at least two (2) years under same position
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and flexible
