CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
Job Description:
• Provide end to end customer service to customer/clients.
• Listen and understand why customer has called us and what matters to them.
• Take full ownership to resolve queries and deliver what matters to the customer/client on the first call.
• Proactively identify and raise areas for process/policy improvement through the appropriate channels to prevent further customer issues.
• Work as a part of a larger team to create a continuous improvement culture.
• Integrate key learning into operations to help support customer advocacy.
Qualification:
• At least High School Graduate.
• With good to excellent communication skills.
• With or Without Call Center experience.
• Salary ranges from 15k to 17k + Night Differentials, Monthly incentives and HMO.
• 50k Performance Incentives
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift/ shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work in Ecoland, Davao City.
• Can start ASAP.
Salary Package:
• 15,000 – 17,000
