Technical Support Representative Fulltime

Applicant must be:

- Graduate/Undergraduate of any course, preferably in I.T

- Required to have in depth experience in providing technical support

-Required to have in depth experience in providing technical support

- Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable, IT/Tech experience is not limited to the BPO industry

- Average to good English communication skill

- No IT certifications needed

- Must actively use the outlook mobile app

- Email/chat support with minimal voice component

- Open to various shifts influenced by current business needs

- Can type 50 wpm

- Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals)

- Knowledgeable of IE technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)

- High level knowledge of email (outlook Hotmail, yahoo, gmail and AOL)

- Preferably with chat/email support experience
