The job holder oversees and provides the medical and safety needs of members, maintain accurate, detailed medical reports and records. Ensures the safe work practices of members to avoid accidents or injuries by the use of training or other resources to help members perform duties in a safe and effective manner.

The job holder oversees and provides the medical and safety needs of members, maintain accurate, detailed medical reports and records. Ensures the safe work practices of members to avoid accidents or injuries through the use of training or other resources to help members perform duties in a safe and effective manner.
JOB SUMMARY
Provide immediate first aid treatment and proper medication to members as needed
Ensures the Cooperative meets its regulatory requirements pertaining to health and safety at work
Ensures the Cooperative’s Health and Safety Policies are implemented and monitored regularly
Responsible in facilitating Annual Physical Examination (APE) and reviewing of pre-deployment Physical Examination
Ensures medical supplies and equipment are complete and safe
Files, organizes and maintains medical records of members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably registered Nurse.
With at least 1 year experience on Occupational Safety and Heath
With commitment to Health and Safety
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Confident
Flexible and adaptable
Physically fit and emotionally stable
