- 25 years old and above
- 1 year minimum sales/marketing work experience, preferably in a Financial or service industry
- 2 years Management experience
- Confident with pleasing personality
- Highly trainable with good work attitude
- Team player
- People person
- Preferably conversant in English
- Must be self-motivated and success Oriented
- No record of any work employment termination due to just cause

- Manage people

- Attends regular Training and meetings with sales Unit and Leader\'s meetings
- Attends Conference meetings outside CDO
