MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Department is responsible for all marketing activities of the PHINMA Education Network. Activities include branding, market research, product development, marketing communications and relationship building. The department is headed by the Chief Marketing Officer.
The Marketing Manager has overall responsibility of ensuring that all marketing activities laid out by the CMO are effectively implemented and measured at the school level.
1. Ensures that the plans identified by the CMO is rolled out accordingly and conducts post-event activities to measure effectiveness.
2. Collects relevant data for market and industry awareness. Includes information regarding current and potential customers and competition .
3. Builds relationships with stakeholders such as current and potential customers, partners, organizations, suppliers and media.
4. Epitomizes the PEN values at all times.
5. Informs PEN employees of the marketing activities and secures their support .
6. Sources branding opportunities such as identifying the correct media, location, content and theme.
7. Gives advise to department heads on internal marketing activities.
8. Manages the budget of the department.
