Delivery Associate is responsible for processing all shipments for delivery and ensuring that all shipments shall be delivered within the turn-around time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that DDR Manifest/Handheld/Notice of Delivery are available.
Conduct piece count for shipment assigned to his zone upon turn over by the assign dispatcher.
Makes sure that all received shipments are properly accounted for
Report any discrepancies in the shipment immediately to the team heads and pre-delivery associates.
Responsible for sorting the shipments by sequence of route
Responsible for proper handling of cargoes being loaded and unloaded
Responsible for checking the information of the shipment such the completeness of the address and communications with the origin team or consignee with given contact details if in case there is confusion on the addresses.
Job Specification
At least High School Graduate
Background/experience in operation/delivery is an advantage
