PRYCE GASES, INC. (PGI) is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of Industrial and Medical gases and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) under the trade name: PRYCEGAS. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development, or related field
  
•  With at least one (1) year experience in HR work such as but not limited to:
  

- Processing on-boarding of new hires, benefits, government compliance, exits and HRIS maintenance

- Conducting Training and developing Training Modules

- Creating assessment instruments; and designs, develops and delivers appropriate learning solutions for training purposes

• High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work with internal/external customers
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to Visayas and Mindanao from time to time
