Job Summary:
- Responsible in attending front office services to Hotel guests and patrons.
- Responsible in receiving cash and bill payments from customers
- Assist front office supervisor in the full delivery of services
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any of the following: BS Hotel and Restaurant Management
/ BS Tourism - Has 6 months – 1 year experience as Guest Service Associate or Front Office related work
- Must be 5’5” in height
- Computer literate
- Customer Service Oriented
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone communication
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work graveyard shifts
- Can work with less supervision
- Pleasing Personality
