- 26 years old and above
- 0-1 year minimum sales/marketing work experience, preferably in a Financial or service industry
- Confident with pleasing personality
- Highly trainable with good work attitude

- Preferably conversant in English
- Must be self-motivated and success Oriented
- No record of any work employment termination due to just cause
Job Description:
- Manage people (Full/Part Time people under you)
- Achieve team productivity targets
- Maintain good relationship with teammates and clients
- Conduct Financial Literacy
- Assists Financial Planners
- Attends regular Training and meetings with sales Unit and Leader's meetings
- Attends Conference meetings outside CDO
- Develop financial strategies to meet clients’ changing needs
- Create customized solutions in the long-term best interest of clients
- Apply your financial knowledge and expertise
