Position to be deployed in Avida Land Corp
a. Ensures efficient implementation of sales policies and guidelines.
b. Prepares and analyzes sales report.
c. Attends to queries and complaints of sales force and customers.
d. Monitors sales production.
e. Provides support to sales force.
f. Ensures that buyers’documents and requirements are complied with and submitted within the prescribed period.
Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be a graduate of Business or other related four (4) year course
b. Experience in Administrative Functions in a Real Estate setting is an advantage. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
c. Proficient in MS Office applications
d. Real estate experience/exposure is an advantage
e. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
f. Willing to be assigned in Capt. Vicente Roa Ext., Cagayan de Oro City
g. Willing to render overtime.
h. With pleasing personality.
i. Residence of CDO City.
j. Can start ASAP.
