Technical & General Services Officer
The successful candidate shall be responsible ensuring the enforcement of the policies and restrictions of the various real estate projects pertaining to general upkeep, ground maintenance, quality control, monitoring, while maintaining good relations with internal and external customers. He shall be responsible in preparing daily and weekly schedule of the Township of the Township personnel as well as monitoring the development of their work. The ideal candidate we are looking for shall be:
• A graduate of any 4-year course
• Male/ Female
• At least with 2 years relevant experience
• Knows how to drive 4 wheel vehicles/motorcycle and have a Driver’s License
• Computer literate preferably knows AUTOCAD operation
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills
• Can work well without the supervision of the head and a team player
