KST Home Systems is a manufacturing and trading company duly registered by the Department of Trade and Industry with showroom and plant located at Door 2 Benteck Building Zone 1, Kauswagan Cagayan de Oro City.

The company is engaged in manufacturing, trading, distribution and installation of Modular Kitchen and Cabinets, Pre-fabricated heavy-duty aluprime windows and doors, Toilet partition, Nano-coated aluminum composite panels, PPR Pipes and fittings and other building products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Do actual measurement at the project site.   
  
•  Should be able to create drawing according to the requirement of the client.   
  
•  Prepare estimate of materials, labor and equipment required to perform a special project. Complies with company policies, roles and regulations.    
  
•  Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the General Manager or his authorized representatives.   
  

 Job Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.   
  
•  Required Skill(s): Proficient in Auto Cad and Sketch-up is a PLUS.  
  
• Keen on details.   
  
•  Has a sense of urgency especially for rush project.    
  
•  Has a sense of confidentiality.    
  
•  Good Interpersonal Skills.
