Duties and Responsibilities
* Sales Routine / Sales Generation and Execution
a. Attend joint cycle plan cascade every 1st week of the month or as scheduled.
b. Achieves sales target monthly based on OPL target set.
c. Participate and attend OPL target setting cascade every 1st week of the month.
d. Submit OPL per customer to Sales Supervisor monthly and monitor MTD sales performance weekly.
e. Submit sales projection to Sales Supervisor every week & Moving Forward Plan to Hit KRA’s set.
f. Hit KRA’s every month (Sell-out, Must Have Distribution, Strike Rate & Productivity, Sell-out Skewing, Featured & New Product, Market Hygiene, Monthly Cycle Plan Execution, CORE SKU and other related tactical trade programs.
g. Adherence on Master Coverage Plan
h. Execute ICE- (In Call Execution) at all time
i. Provide updated price list to all covered customer every time there is a price change.
j. Accomplishes and submit customer signed Sales Order (SO) to Encoder and BCAS every after arrival to office.
k. Receives Cash or Dated Check and PDC from customer upon delivery of goods. No money orders, second endorsement check and treasury warrant shall be accepted.
l. Withdraws Bad Orders (BO) from customers.
m. Check and pull out BO from trade and issue Merchandise Return Slips and coordinate Logistics team for BO pick up.
n. Conduct BR to top customers at least twice a year.
o. Attend WOR Level 1 meeting every week or as scheduled.
Managing of Account Receivables and Sales & Administrative Reports Compliance
a. Accomplishes expense report liquidation weekly with completed supporting documents upon arrival to the office or every after selling period.
b. Remit all cash and check collection to Cashier/designated remittance center together with Daily Sales Remittance Reports and all related supporting documents.
c. Administers immediate collection and responsible in serving collection notices for Bounce Checks cases.
d. Responsible in gathering and collecting all CCA related supporting documents.
e. Responsible in updating CCA documents yearly such as but not limited to Business Permit, Signatory Card, DTI, Audited Financial Reports, Customer Asset Listing etc.
f. Regularly provide Statement of Account –SOA to all customer every month.
g. Provide regular Credit Memo & Debit Note weekly to all customer and regularly apply every collection.
3. Inventory Management
a. Administers inventory turnover and product availability by regularly checking warehouses of stores, displays and turnover of stocks.
b. Secure monthly stocks aging report on top customers covered and submit to Sales Supervisor.
c. Ensure that customer warehouse storage is compliant on Nestle Good Warehouse Practices.
a. Coordinates with merchandisers to ensure availability, visibility and accessibility of products through the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials and implementation of trade standards.
b. Develops and maintains smooth coordination with:
i. Merchandisers for stocks monitoring.
ii. Accounting personnel for monitoring or validation of checks, inventory reconciliation and sales remittances and store program implementations.
iii. Trade and Marketing Staff for promo updates.
* Customer Management and Trade Development
a. Acts as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner.
b. Maintains professional relationship to the customers and principal’s representative in the area.
c. Gather feedback from customers to further improve services, planning and execution of trade activities
d. Manages the accounts of primary outlets including the off and on premise accounts by regularly visiting outlets, checking space allocation and market share.
e. Achieves retail sales target and objectives for the assigned area/s by increasing retail sales volume within the area.
f. Identifies potential markets in the area by verifying existing distributor and conducting credit investigation.
g. Checks that distribution is in its widest reach in the assigned area.
h. Checks that all programs, to increase market share, are carried out and monitored regularly
i. Handles all marketing and sales functions in coordination with the Principal’s Sales Representative.
j. Discusses information/updates to Sales Supervisor regarding competitor activities in the area covered.
