Responsibility:

To assist the dental practice in ensuring that patients’ updated insurance benefit information is ready and accurate. We will work tirelessly to guarantee that all information gathered from insurance companies is accurate; either through phone calls, emails, and fax. We assure that all insurance information is submitted to the practice in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •     At least College Graduate
  •     Excellent in English Communication
  •     Excellent in Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  •     Preferably experienced in Outbound / Inbound Calls
  •     Marketing skill is a PLUS
  •     Computer Literate
  •     Must be able to work in a versatile shift/schedule and in holidays
  •     Reliable, honest and can work with minimal supervision
