JOB DESCRIPTION:
To guarantee that all information gathered from insurance companies is accurate; either through phone calls, emails, and fax. We assure that all insurance information is submitted to the practice in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least College Graduate
- Excellent in English Communication with Spanish is a Plus
- Excellent in Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Preferably experienced in Outbound / Inbound Calls
- Must be able to work in a versatile shift/schedule and in holidays
- Reliable, honest and can work with minimal supervision
