WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST! 

Responsibilities: 

To assist the dental practice in ensuring that patients’ updated insurance benefit information is ready and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS ARE THE FOLLOWING:

• At least College Graduate 
  
• Excellent in English Communication
  
• Excellent in Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills 
  
• Preferably experienced in Outbound / Inbound Calls 
  
• Marketing skill  is a PLUS
  
• Computer Literate 
  
• Must be able to work in a versatile shift/schedule and in holidays 
  
• Reliable, honest and can work with minimal supervision
