Job Description:

  • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • a. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results;
  • b. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
  • c. Identifies current and future customer needs by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers;
  • d. Ensures availability of merchandise;
  • e. Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion,and studying trends;
  • f. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
  • g. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures;
  • h. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies;
  • i. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures;
  • j. Meets sales goals or quotas;
    k. Completes store administration and ensures compliance with Apple policies and procedures;
  • k. Does the cashiering -when the cashier is not available- and in the inventory management.
  • l. Coordinates with the Admin Head when the store is in need of repairs.
