The OM oversees the distributor organization, including the following:
• Manages the total distribution team
• Defines and maintains administrative and operational work procedures and processes
• Oversees the day-to-day operations, and
• Provides back-up support to the Supervisors for Sales and Logistics
• He/She helps in creating a strong, positive public image for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• A degree holder in Business, Economics and other related courses.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Above average Numerical and Analytical skills
• Has relevant leadership and supervisory/managerial experience, in a FMCG company, of not less than 2 years
• Highly motivated, and capable in working under pressure.
