Job Responsibilities
- Conducts area mapping and saturation drives on a weekly basis.
- Creates and implements recruitment activities (i.e. business and product orientations) to attract potential business partners on a regular basis.
- Partners with local entities and organizations to increase opportunities for dealer recruitment (i.e. tie‐ups with schools, TESDA, barangays)
- Follows up on potential recruits; guides them through the application process.
Job Requirements
- College Graduate
- Good communication, sales and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable on color cosmetics, beauty and personal care products is an advantage
- Background in Direct Selling is a plus
