Qualifications:
- 1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in or Human Resource Development Management graduate.
- 2. At least 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- 3. Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
- 4. Interpreting and advising on employment law;
- 5. dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- 6. Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
- 7. Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
- 8. Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- 9. Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- 10. Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
- 11. Tactful, friendly but firm in the way of dealing with people
- 12. A good communicator, both in writing and in speech
- 13. Able to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- 14. Fair and objective
- 15. Careful with confidential information

- 17. Accurate and pay attention to detail
- 18. Calm under pressure
