• Ensures that tenants strictly follow rules & regulations specified by the management
• Monitor the over all operation of the said project

 Male

 Must be a graduate of a business-related course

 Must have excellent customer service skills

 Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new & innovative marketing strategies

 Ability to negotiate w/ clients/tenants

 Can work under pressure
