RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling inbound, English language chat customer service requests from global customers. 
  • Agent will strive to deliver a positive experience to customers. 
  • Working proactively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately and solved as quickly as possible. 
  • Agent will work as part of a team to ensure positive and professional environment. 


QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. 
  • Preferably has technical support representative work experience in a BPO. 
  • Preferably has extensive technical-related work experiences. 
  • Excellent in both written and oral English Proficiency 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City. 
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holiday and weekdays off.
