Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably psychology graduate/ courses in line with human resource)
  • Female, 25-35 years old
  • One to two years of human resources experience required; one to two years of human resources corporate recruiting experience preferred 

Job Specification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good in organizing events/ training
  • Knowledgeable in all areas of human resource field as well as statutory requirements

Job responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs 
  • Screening resumes 
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates 
  • Administering appropriate company assessments 
  • Performing reference and background checks 
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers 
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers 
  • Following up on the interview process status 
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved 
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process 
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy and government laws regarding employment practices  
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • In charge of leave schedules and filing/ monitoring
  • Assists employees with their concerns
